Handcrafted in the Highlands of Jalisco, TAU Añejo comes from a small producer whose tequila is inspired by Wixárika culture and its eagle god. Made from 100% blue agave with nothing added, it rests in oak until the profile turns rich and layered — ripe, caramelized agave up front, then pineapple, lime, and orange, with lavender and jasmine drifting through vanilla, spice, and cinnamon on the finish.
