Handcrafted in the Highlands of Jalisco, TAU Añejo comes from a small producer whose tequila is inspired by Wixárika culture and its eagle god. Made from 100% blue agave with nothing added, it rests in oak until the profile turns rich and layered — ripe, caramelized agave up front, then pineapple, lime, and orange, with lavender and jasmine drifting through vanilla, spice, and cinnamon on the finish. Since launching in 2019, TAU has picked up national and international tasting awards. Pour it neat for sipping, or let it anchor a slow, oak-forward Old Fashioned riff.
