Nosotros began as a college project between friends who loved tequila — now it's made at a female-run distillery in Jalisco, blending highland and lowland blue Weber agave in equal parts for a fuller flavor profile. This reposado rests eleven months in American white oak, picking up soft vanilla and caramel on the nose, silky agave and ripe stone fruit on the palate, and a lightly spiced, sweet finish. Sip it neat, or let it anchor an Old Fashioned riff.
