Tequila Ocho Plata is a single-estate blanco tequila from Jalisco, Mexico, made by Tequila Ocho under agave master Carlos Camarena. Each batch comes from one specific rancho in the Los Altos highlands, so flavor shifts field to field — bright citrus and mint on some harvests, cooked agave and cinnamon on others. Piñas are slow-roasted in brick ovens, then fermented with wild airborne yeast and double-distilled in small copper pot stills for a clean, agave-forward character with a silky texture. Pour it in a classic margarita or sip it neat to taste the terroir.
