Diego Osorio built Lobos 1707 around a family story — his ancestor's 18th-century tequila recipe — then paired a Jalisco master distiller with his family's Spanish sherry winemaker. The Joven starts as 100% Blue Weber agave aged briefly in American oak, then finished in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks via the solera method. Expect bright herbaceous and floral notes, yellow bell pepper, marcona almond, and fresh melon, at 40% ABV. Pour it neat to catch the sherry-cask complexity, or shake into a margarita for something rounder.
