Tequila Comisario Blanco is a 100% Blue Weber agave tequila from Los Altos de Jalisco, the Highlands region prized for its red volcanic soil and roughly 8,000-foot elevation. The estate-grown agave ferments with Champagne yeast, then undergoes cold filtration for a clean, additive-free spirit made with fresh spring water. Expect bright, unaged character: pear and tropical fruit on the nose, agave and mineral notes with honey and a touch of pepper on the palate, finishing smooth with only a gentle spicy fade.
