Cabal Reposado Charro is an organic, additive-free tequila from Tequila Cabal, produced in Mexico. The El Crucero II batch is aged roughly 6 to 10 months in a blend of ex-Russell's Reserve Bourbon, ex-Russell's Reserve Rye and ex-Old Elk Wheated Bourbon barrels. The result is a smooth, richly oaked reposado with aromas of toasted oak, walnut, ripe banana and vanilla bean, and a palate of slow-cooked agave, blood orange, toasted walnut, butterscotch and white pepper, finishing with lingering sweet oak and spice.
