Tequila 512 started as one guy's search for an honest daily sipping tequila — no big backing, just blue agave from the lowlands outside Tequila, Jalisco and a lot of patience. This Añejo rests about 13 months in used bourbon barrels after triple distillation, picking up caramel, vanilla and white pepper against cooked agave and citrus. Sip it slow, neat or over one big cube, and let the black pepper and toasted oak stick around on the finish.
