Tequila 512 began in Austin, Texas, with founder Scott Willis sourcing 100% blue agave from the lowlands outside the village of Tequila, Jalisco. This Blanco is triple distilled, roasted in traditional stone ovens, slow fermented, then filtered 24 hours before oxygenation rounds out the texture. It won double gold and Best in Show at the 2015 San Francisco World Spirits Competition, judged best among 88 competing tequilas. Expect sweetness, spice, and pepper up front, finishing long and smooth. Pour it neat or shake it into a margarita.
