Overview

Petit Sirah LEGACY is the result of careful tending of the vineyard, meticulous handling, and low, premium yields. This wine's grapes came from a vineyard in the Ayalon Valley, and their characteristics highlight the distinctive nature and features of the Petite Sirah variety. The wine is matured in barrels for 18 months and in the bottle for 10 more months. Petit Sirah LEGACY is a deep and powerful red wine with a strong presence. It is characterized by the aromatic balance between fruit, cherry, candied raspberry, and toasted wood. The wine has a soft, pleasant, and caressing flavor, with a rich, majestic body. The Petit Sirah grapes were harvested mechanically and arrived at the winery in the morning. Following a gentle crush the grapes were transferred into a chilled stainless-steel tank for a day of Cold soaking prior to the alcoholic fermentation. The photo does not necessarily reflect the vintage.
