Teperberg Winery's Impression Merlot is a 100% Merlot dry red wine from Israel's Judean Hills (Shfelat Yehuda) region. Grapes are hand-timed for an early morning harvest, then fermented in stainless steel with regular pump-overs before aging six months in French and American oak barrels.
