Teperberg Winery's Essence Rosé is a dry pink wine from Israel's Judean Hills, blended from Grenache Noir (55%), Barbera (40%), and Mourvèdre (5%) grown in the Ayalon Valley and mechanically harvested in the cool early-morning hours. The juice ferments cold, around 13°C for roughly three weeks, and skips malolactic fermentation entirely to lock in bright acidity. The result is a pale crimson glass with young red-fruit and citrus aromatics, balanced acidity, and a crisp, clean finish. Serve chilled alongside grilled chicken, salmon, or a summer charcuterie board. Teperberg, founded in 1870, is Israel's oldest continuously family-run winery.
