Teperberg Providence Dry Red is the flagship red blend from Teperberg, Israel's oldest winery, founded in Jerusalem in 1870. Created to mark the winery's 150th anniversary, this Bordeaux-style blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, and Syrah comes from high-altitude vineyards on Terra Rosa soil in the Upper Galilee, mechanically harvested at night to preserve freshness. Expect a deep, full-bodied red with black and red fruit, dark chocolate, tobacco, and elegant oak, finishing long with soft, structured tannins. Pour it alongside a rib steak or braised short ribs.
