Teperberg Legacy Petite Sirah is a dry red wine from Teperberg Winery, one of Israel's oldest family-run producers, founded in Jerusalem in 1870. The grapes come from the Ayalon Valley and are cold-soaked in stainless steel before fermentation, then aged 18 months in barrel and another 10 in bottle.
