Some vintages test a house's patience—2013 gave Telmont's cellar team a stormy, low-yield harvest that rewarded restraint with real concentration. The blend leans heavily on Meunier (43%) alongside Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, part fermented in oak, then rested eight years in the Damery cellars before disgorgement in 2022. Extra Brut dosage (2.5 g/L) keeps things taut: expect raspberry, Timur pepper, and dried hay on the nose, citrus tension and light salinity on the palate.
