Its stone-spun casks are polished bare by rock and water, then lightly re-toasted, coaxing out waves of pear and apple against seaweed, pepper and spice. The palate turns creamy and sweet before a salty mid-palate swell, finishing long with Talisker's signature Sichuan-pepper heat. Pour neat to let the maritime character unfold.
