The Tabor Mt. Tabor Chardonnay wine was made from 100% Chardonnay grapes harvested from the vineyards located in the Lower Galilee. The wine has a cool hay green color, very light and almost see through. It has a very typical chardonnay aromas with some hints of butter, oak, apples, maybe some melon, and even a touch of lime. Which helps create fairly clean aromas. The acidic flavors start fromt the very beginning without any build up just bam acid, here I am!!! The wine continues to be super acidic all the way through, even in the mid palate it is tough to pick up flavors because of the predominant acid flavor which continues to the finish. If you love an acidic wine, you will love the Mr. Tabor Chardonnay. This wine is best paired with grilled sea bass or fettuccine alfredo.
