Tabor Winery - Judaica Single Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon Dry Red Wine

This wine is made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes and has a deep ruby color, a full body and a pleasingly long finish. The wine was aged for 20 months in oak barrels.

Grown at an altitude of 940 meters above sea level, Judaica Vineyard's roots are dug deep in the soil of Emek Bracha amongst the peaks of the Judean Hills. The valley abounds in limestone rocks and enjoys cool weather throughout the day. This exceptional combination adds layers of complexity that slowly unfold.
