Before it was a winery, Summer Somewhere was one couple's wedding-gift side project — Malibu winemaker Billy Dim's first bottle, made for his wife, Stacey. This rosé takes its cues from Provence, blending Grenache and Cinsault sourced from Santa Barbara County vineyards, then resting in stainless steel and neutral French oak for texture. Expect crisp red apple and a hint of watermelon on the nose, cherry and berry through the finish, with a citrusy snap of grapefruit. Pour it chilled on a warm afternoon.
