Tipsy Sauce - Caramel Hard Sauce
Most bourbon makers buy their grain. Frey Ranch grows it — all four (corn, rye, wheat, and barley) raised, malted, distilled, aged, and bottled on their own Nevada farm, continuing a family tradition that goes back over 165 years. Five years in barrel brings oak and citrus up front, honey and candied orange underneath, then vanilla, caramel, and dried hay on the palate before a long finish of cedar and pepper. Pour it neat to taste the farm in the glass, or over a single big rock.

Tasting notes
Aged for 5 years, this 90-proof bourbon is smooth yet complex with oak and citrus aromas followed by vanilla, caramel, banana chips, and dried hay on the palate.
