Named for Nathaniel Rateliff's band, this bottled-in-bond bourbon comes from The Block Distilling Co. in Denver's RiNo district, with part of each bottle supporting The Marigold Project's social justice work. The Block double pot distills a mash of yellow, red, and blue corn, millet, and malted barley — 70% grown on their own Missouri farm acreage — then rests it four years in char-3, toasted-head oak. Expect honey and caramel over the usual vanilla, with peppery red corn and sweet tortilla notes from the blue. Pour neat.
