Our flagship product! This award-winning rye whiskey is made in small batches in our copper still from locally grown rye. It is matured in American and German oak barrels as well as ex-wine and ex-sherry casks and is bottled at near cask strength.
Tasting notes
Butterscotch and black pepper, perfect balance of mature oak, juicy grain and light vanilla notes; dried fruits , a hint of clove and a fascinatingly long finish.
