Made from fresh cane grown on the estate, it is distilled in a coffey still that is nestled amongst the cane fields to ensure maximum freshness of ingredients. Our VSOP rum is aged exclusively in slow-toasted, french oak cognac casks for a richness and depth that must be sipped to be believed.
Nose: Sweet with toffee, butterscotch and nutmeg. Vanilla, plums and figs.
Taste: Rich and smooth with dark toffee, honeycomb, hazelnut, orange and apricot. Subtle vegetal undertones.
Finish: Cinnamon, toasted oak spices and chocolate orange.

2 oz VSOP RUM
1 teaspoon ALLSPICE DRAM
1 teaspoon DEMERARA SYRUP
2 dashes of ANGOSTURA BITTERS
2 dashes of ORANGE BITTERS
1 ORANGE TWIST garnish
Method.
Place a large ice cube into an Old Fashioned glass. Add the rum, allspice dram, demerara syrup and both bitters, and stir until chilled. Garnish with an orange peel.
