Rather than bottling a single batch, the distillers hunt down straight bourbons of varying ages and mash bills from around the country and blend them with their own house bourbon until the mix hits the balance they're after: smooth and full-bodied. Pour it neat or over a single large cube to let the texture open up, or build it into an Old Fashioned.
