An unaged 100% blue agave blanco, distilled twice in Jalisco and imported by Black Rock Spirits out of Seattle. The daft donkey-in-armour label undersells what's inside: it's clean and faintly sweet, with cooked agave and citrus peel and no rough edges. This is a mixing tequila and it holds its own in a margarita.
