Reviews

This one needs to be sipped slowly.

"When you let this cask-strength bourbon lie on the rocks for about 5 to 10 minutes before drinking it, it will taste the best. With a mouthwatering fruit finish and a ton of caramel taste up front, it's unquestionably the best bourbon I've experienced at this price. If you enjoy flavored bourbon, you'll probably enjoy this."

— FrancesM@3 (5/5)

Very likely one fantastic bourbon.

"After opening the bottle and taking a sip I was not at first impress. But I agree with the other review that when you let some oxygen get into the whiskey first before smelling and tasting, it opened up wonderfully and it's an enjoyable bourbon indeed. Cheers!"

— Gleen M. (4/5)

Though not favored, Ambler Old Scout is good.

"It was good, but I won't buy it again. I'm usually open to try new bourbons (especially if they appear reasonably priced). For the same price, there are many better bourbons available."

— Luisa (3/5)

Ambler Old Scout Whiskey, which is smooth

"Excellent bourbon that is smooth and has undertones of caramel. One of my favorites, happy to see it return after a brief absence."

— Nickeshia (5/5)

I'll only have one bourbon.

"A superb bourbon that is quite smooth and is ideal for straight drinking. Will purchase again!"

— Romeo (5/5)
