Extra añejo lovers, this one rewards patience. Siete Leguas built its name in 1952 on old-school methods, and D'Antaño is the house at its most mature: 100% Blue Weber agave from the Jalisco highlands, slow-cooked and rested a full five years in oak. Expect cooked agave layered with toasted oak, caramel, vanilla, cocoa, and a warm cinnamon spice, all wrapped in a silky texture. Pour it neat in a Glencairn after dinner and let it slowly open up.
