From La Alteña, the historic Camarena family distillery in Jalisco's Los Altos highlands, this reposado is shaped by maestro tequilero Carlos Camarena. Blue Weber agave is slow-roasted in brick ovens, crushed the traditional way, and left to ferment naturally with wild yeast before resting in American oak. Expect layered aromas of cooked agave, vanilla, and caramel, with a palate of warm baking spice, citrus peel, and soft oak. Additive-free and built to sip neat, it holds its own in a spirit-forward Old Fashioned too.
