Born from a decades-long friendship between master distiller Carlos Camarena and importer David Suro, Siembra Alteño Blanco is Highland tequila with real provenance. Estate-grown blue Weber agave from Arandas' red clay soil ferments with native yeast in wooden vats, then runs through copper stills — the second pair once belonged to Carlos' father and grandfather. Expect floral, buttery aromatics over sweet agave, crisp green apple, and citrus, finishing long and rich. Pour it neat to taste the terroir, or build a bright, agave-forward Paloma.
