Shorr Estate is a seventh-generation Israeli winemaking family that broke from convention, scouting untested plots outside the standard vineyard maps to chase real terroir. Their Shikma Cabernet Sauvignon shows it: deep ruby in the glass, with cigar-box and bittersweet chocolate notes layered over raspberry, cranberry, and mint, backed by grippy tannins and bright acidity.
