Shibui Pure Malt is a 100% malted barley whisky from Niigata, Japan, double-distilled in copper pots and matured in a trio of casks — American ex-bourbon barrels, European oloroso sherry, and a final rest in rare Japanese mizunara oak. Left non-chill filtered with natural color, it pours walnut-brown with layers of coffee and chocolate. Sip it neat in a tulip glass to let the mizunara spice unfold, or pair with dark chocolate or aged cheese.
