Se Busca means "wanted," a nod to the rebel women of the Mexican Revolution, and this joven mezcal carries that spirit into the glass. Made from 100% Espadin agave in San Juan del Río, Oaxaca, it's handcrafted by maestros Rodolfo and Mary López Sosa at their family palenque. Expect cooked agave and mesquite smoke on the nose, then nuts, fruit, and green vegetable notes leading to a sweet finish with a mellow spicy kick. Sip it neat, or build a smoky margarita.
