Santo Gusano - Reposado Mezcal
Our Reposado from the noble Maguey 100% espadín, with a completely artisanal production process originating in San Dionisio Ocotepec, Oaxaca by Master Mezcalero Arturo Martínez, patiently rested for 6 months in American oak barrels.
NOSE: Subtle smoky aroma of cooked maguey; fine notes of oak from the barrel and delicate aromas of citrus, vanilla, cocoa, tobacco and roasted coffee.
VIEW: Bright amber color with golden flashes, medium legs.
TASTE: Clear expression of the flavor of maguey espadín, subtle notes of American oak maple, vanilla, cocoa, tobacco and roasted coffee. Persistent and warm with a delicate medium aftertaste on the palate.
PAIRING: Ideal to take as a digestif, perfect with grilled cuts of meat, chocolate and coffee-based desserts, walnut gelato, a good companion to a medium-strength cigar.
