Santo 110 Proof Blanco comes straight off the still at El Viejito Distillery in Jalisco's Highlands, where third-generation distiller Juan Eduardo Nuñez and tequilera Karina Rojo work 100% Blue Weber agave with zero additives. Bottled at that raw strength, it opens with vanilla, lime, jalapeño and prickly pear, trailing into cilantro, mango and sage. A single ice cube unlocks it, or build it into a bold margarita.
