Santo Añejo comes from an unlikely duo—Sammy Hagar and Guy Fieri—teaming up with third-generation distiller Juan Eduardo Nuñez at the historic El Viejito distillery in Jalisco's highlands. The 100% blue agave spirit rests about 24 months in lightly charred, used American oak, landing at 80 proof and certified additive-free. Expect fresh agave and milk chocolate on the nose, toasted oak with light herbal notes on the palate, and a long, slightly vegetal finish. Pour it neat, or swap it into an Old Fashioned.
