Santaleza — the name nods to sanctuary — is a reposado that leans into old-school craft. Made from 100% blue Weber agave grown in Jalisco's Los Altos highlands, it's stone-oven cooked, crushed on a tahona, then rested four months in American oak. Expect cooked agave up front, with caramel, orange citrus, vanilla, and a whisper of baking spice rolling into a long, gently peppery finish. At 40% ABV, it's a sipper for slow evenings, or the backbone of a smarter margarita.
