Meet Santaleza Blanco, a highlands tequila that leans all the way into old-school craft. Made from 100% Blue Weber agave grown in the red mineral soils of Los Altos de Jalisco, it's roasted in brick ovens, crushed with a tahona stone, and fermented with wild yeast in open air with no additives or diffusers (NOM 1604). Expect jasmine and lime on the nose, then honeyed sweetness, tangerine, and a crack of pink peppercorn. Sip it neat or build a bright, agave-forward cocktail.
