Cream sherry gets pigeonholed as a dessert afterthought, but Armada Superior earns its name. From Jerez in southern Spain, it starts as a deep, complex Oloroso, then a splash of sun-dried Pedro Ximenez rounds it out. More than ten years slumbering in an ancient solera give it a dark mahogany color and a velvety, long finish at 17.5% ABV. Pour it lightly chilled alongside dark chocolate, blue cheese, or just about anything with caramel.
