Sacrvm's Madrecuishe comes from an agave that takes patience seriously — this wild Karwinskii maguey grows for sixteen years in the hills outside Oaxaca before maestro mezcalero Apolonio Ramírez Cruz ever touches it. Roasted in a shallow earthen pit, crushed by a tahona wheel, and double-distilled the traditional way, it lands at 40% ABV with orange blossom and smoke on the nose, jasmine and tejocote fruit on the palate. Pour it neat, slow, and let the sixteen years show.
