Created in 1963 to be an unmistakably Israeli liqueur, Sabra pairs bittersweet chocolate with bright citrus. The rich cocoa comes from a neutral spirit percolated through roasted cocoa beans, then it's cut with the sweet-tart snap of Jaffa oranges for a layered, dessert-like sip at 30% ABV. Serve it slightly chilled to lean into the chocolate, or a touch warm to let the orange come forward. Lovely poured over ice, stirred into coffee, or finishing a cheese board.
