This limited private-reserve release takes their seven-year rye blend and finishes it in bespoke Hungarian oak casks that formerly held Tokaji, Hungary's famed dessert wine. Bottled at cask strength, it layers assertive rye spice with honeyed stone fruit, dried apricot, and toasted oak. Pour it neat to catch the full Old World complexity, or alongside a semi-hard cheese and dried fruit board.
