By distillation of boiled specially selected grape varieties, grape brandy was obtained. A drinkable and harmonious drink with a slightly developed aroma and full warm taste gives a unique and recognizable feeling of pleasure. It is recommended as an aperitif with salty roasted almonds and peanuts, with salty cheeses and spicy vegetable salads and as a digestive. Serve well chilled to 10ºC.
Tasting notes
The nose is inviting, with delicate pomace and developing aromas of sweet, sun-dried raisins. On entry the palate's dry fruitiness comfortably rests on the tongue.
