Distilled in Bayamon, Puerto Rico and aged two years in American white oak, this bottling lands at a hefty 138 proof (69% ABV) yet keeps its fruit in balance: burnt caramel, overripe banana and dried apricot up front, with cinnamon, dark raisin and a woody finish underneath. No added sugar, no caramel coloring, and rainwater is the only thing cut in. Built for cocktails, or open it up with a splash of water.
Tasting notes
