From Martinique's Clément estate comes a rum-based liqueur that swaps sugarcane's usual co-star for bananas grown right on the property. White rhum agricole is blended with cane sugar syrup and a fresh banana extract made using low-energy green extraction methods, developed in partnership with women-owned Martinican brand Kadalys. The result pours cristalline in the glass, opening with ripe banana and a whisper of star anise before a long, rich finish. Serve it chilled in a Ti' Punch or shaken into a light daiquiri-style sour.
