Made from hand-harvested Blue Weber agave sourced across Tequila Valley's highlands and lowlands, twice distilled in copper pots, Komos's Reposado Rosa opens with cinnamon-dusted rose petal and caramel apple, then moves into butterscotch, dark chocolate, and blackberry, finishing long with a note like chocolate-covered strawberries. Best sipped neat in a coupe, or shaken into a rosé-toned Negroni riff for something a little different.
