Tipsy Sauce - Caramel Hard Sauce
California bourbon fans, meet Grizzly Beast: a bottled-in-bond straight bourbon aged in the cool, coastal air of Northern California and bottled at a clean 100 proof under the 1897 Bonded Act. Its corn-forward mash, rounded out with rye, wheat, and malted barley, brings plump raspberry and brown sugar on the nose, then salted caramel, buttermilk, and bright orange zest across the palate. Named for two legendary trees, it's built for slow neat pours or a serious old fashioned.
