Redemption - High Rye Straight Bourbon Whiskey
A straight American bourbon whiskey from the Redemption range, featuring a rather high rye content and aged over 3 years. Take a look at the mash bill proudly displayed on the bottle and you'll see the very specific listings of "38.2% premium rye, 1.8% barley malt, 60% corn." It's a spicy little number, that's for sure.
Nose: Light vanilla, red berry fruitness and a slight hint of oak
Palate: Spicy, woody, and minty notes. Fennel-like notes of light licorice and black pepper from the rye
Finish: Long and smooth with a nice spice from the high rye content
