Recanati Reserve Marawi is a single-varietal white wine from Recanati Winery in Israel's Upper Galilee, made from Marawi — an ancient, indigenous Israeli grape that Recanati was the first modern winery to bottle commercially on its own. Hand-harvested and fermented at low temperature in oak, the wine ages on its lees for months, building weight and texture around bright citrus, mineral-driven acidity, and notes of apricot, jasmine, and honeydew.
