This bourbon was fermented, distilled, & aged for over 4 yrs in the TX Hill Country. Twice distilled in our Christian Carl copper pot still with notes of spice complimented by vanilla undertones. Our grain-to-glass bourbon was aged in a bonded facility in San Antonio.

Aroma: Sweet corn with subtle vanilla.

Taste: Floral with subtle notes of nuts.
