Ramble is the second label from Bill Davies, whose family founded Napa's storied Schramsberg estate — a project built for easy-drinking, exploratory pours. The Chenin Blanc comes from certified-organic, dry-farmed Northern California vines some 70 to 100 years old, fermented with native yeast for minimal-intervention brightness. Expect a lively, citrus-driven glass — think key lime and orchard fruit over racy acidity, with a floral lift on the nose.
