A blend of two extra añejos, one aged eight years and one ten, drawn from agave harvested in 1999 and 2008 and matured in hand-picked oak. QUI made it with Nobu Matsuhisa, and it drinks the way that pedigree suggests: white pepper, dried orange peel, cherry and toffee, thick and slow across the palate. Sip it neat.
